feat: add psagentai agent with deployment and configuration
Initial project setup including the main agent script, configuration files, profile JSON state, systemd service unit, startup script, deployment documentation, and Python dependencies. Includes .env, venv/, and __pycache__/ which should likely be excluded via .gitignore to avoid committing secrets and artifacts.

Historically pip has had several entrypoints defined. Because of issues

arising from PATH, sys.path, multiple Pythons, their interactions, and most

To alleviate this pain, and provide a mechanism for warning users and

our old entrypoints as wrappers for the current one.
