refactor(services): convert SysERP features section to responsive grid layout

Restructure the "Por que escolher o SysERP?" section from a vertical
feature list to a responsive grid layout using Bootstrap columns.
Center the container with col-lg-10 col-md-10 mx-auto and arrange
feature items in a row with col-md-4 columns for improved visual
hierarchy on desktop views.

Update Playwright MCP test screenshots to reflect the new layout
structure.
